Biography

Astrid Serauto, MD, has expertise in echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and specializes in percutaneous interventions for coronary disease, peripheral arterial disease, valvular disease, and cardiogenic shock. She advocates for women’s cardiovascular health and preventive cardiology.

Dr. Serauto is an assistant professor at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston. Her philosophy is to build long-lasting relationships with her patients, and to provide individualized, exceptional care.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, exercising outdoors, and traveling. She is a soccer, tennis, and Jiujitsu/MMA fan.
