Biography
Ben J. Barnett, M.D. received his medical degree (AOA) from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He completed his residency and fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, and was an Epidemic Intelligence Service officer at CDC. Dr. Barnett is an Associate Professor, Department of Internal Medicine, and Division of Infectious Diseases at the UTHealth McGovern Medical School. He is Associate Medical Director of HIV Services for Harris Health System. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases.
