• Describe the concept of the exposome and its relevance to the development and progression of common chronic diseases.
• Illustrate how environmental and neighborhood factors, including air pollution, heat, green space, and social conditions, influence health outcomes.
• Assess opportunities to incorporate environmental and neighborhood information into clinical risk evaluation, prevention, and patient counseling.
