Activity Objectives:
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

• Describe current approaches to the diagnosis and management of celiac disease, including emerging therapeutic strategies.
• Distinguish non-celiac wheat sensitivity from celiac disease and wheat allergy based on current clinical and biological evidence.
• Assess emerging serologic and histologic evidence for intestinal barrier dysfunction, microbial antigen exposure, and systemic immune activation in non-celiac wheat sensitivity, as well as the challenges in identifying its molecular triggers.
