Biography
Dr. Babalola completed medical school at Nnamdi Azikiwe University College of Health Sciences in Nigeria and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC, in 2025. In addition to his medical degree, Dr. Babalola holds a master’s degree in public health from UTHealth. He joined the Division of Internal Medicine in July 2026 and currently holds an appointment at McGovern Medical School as a faculty member in the Internal Medicine Residency Program. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians. He has served as a sub-investigator in the African American Heart Study.
