Getting To and From The Medical Center

Drivers can select the most efficient route into the Texas Medical Center from starting points throughout Houston.

Intercontinental Airport/I-59 traveling south

Take Will Clayton Blvd. East to Highway 59.
Turn right on Highway 59 south and follow it to Highway 288.
Exit onto Highway 288 and follow it south to the N. MacGregor Way exit.
Turn right (west) onto N. MacGregor Way and follow directional signage to destination.

Hardy Toll Road traveling south

Take Hardy Toll Road south to Loop 610.
Follow 610 East and exit at highway 59 South.
Exit onto Highway 288 and follow it south to the N. MacGregor Way exit.
Turn right (west) onto N. MacGregor Way and follow directional signage to destination.

I-45 traveling south

Exit onto Highway 59 South
From Highway 59, exit onto Highway 288 and follow it south to the N. MacGregor Way exit.
Turn right (west) onto N. MacGregor Way and follow directional signage to destination.

Highway 290 traveling east

Merge onto Loop 610 East
Take Loop 610 south to I-10 East.
Exit Highway 59 South.
Travel 59 South to Highway 288.
Follow Highway 288 South to the N. MacGregor Way exit.
Turn right (west) onto N. MacGregor Way and follow directional signage to destination.

I-59 traveling north

Travel Highway 59 North to highway 288 South.
Take Highway 288 South to N. MacGregor Way.
After exiting, turn right (west) onto N. MacGregor Way and follow directional signage to destination.

Hobby Airport/I-45 traveling North

Take Broadway east to I-45.
Turn left (north) on I-45 and follow it to Loop 610.
Head west on Loop 610.
From Loop 610, take the Fannin St. exit.
Turn right (north) on Fannin St. and follow directional signage to destination.

Highway 288 traveling north

Take the N. MacGregor Way exit.
Turn left (west) onto N. MacGregor Way and follow directional signage to destination.

I-10 traveling west

Exit Highway 59 heading south.
From Highway 59, exit onto Highway 288 and follow it south to the N. MacGregor Way exit.
Turn right (west) onto N. MacGregor Way and follow directional signage to destination.

I-10 traveling east

Exit I-45 heading south.
From I-45, exit onto Highway 59 heading south.
From Highway 59, exit onto Highway 288 heading south and follow it to the N. MacGregor Way exit.
Turn right (west) onto N. MacGregor Way and follow directional signage to destination.
