Biography

Dr. Aisenberg joined the Division of General Medicine in July 2010. He received his medical degree from the University of Buenos Aires School of Medicine in Buenos Aires, Argentina 1989.  He did his residency in Internal Medicine at Sanatorio Mitre in Buenos Aires, and fellowships at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) McGovern Medical School and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.  Dr. Aisenberg is a fellow of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Aisenberg is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and certified by the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry for the treatment of opiate addiction. He is a member of the Internal Medicine Chapter of the Inter-American Society of Cardiology.
