Biography

“Your eyes cannot see what your mind does not know”

Dr. Doshi received his undergraduate degree from the College of New Jersey and was awarded his medical degree from UMDNJ, New Jersey Medical School. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. His Critical Care Medicine fellowship training was also at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, and Neuro-Critical Care. In 2008, he joined the faculty at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth and has since been promoted to Associate Professor. He is a member of the Texas College of Emergency Physicians, Texas Society of Critical Care Medicine, Society of Academic Emergency Medicine, and Society of Critical Care Medicine.

In his spare time, he enjoys basketball, golf, and reading.
