A free full-day retreat designed to support, restore, and empower family caregivers ages 50 and up.

Family caregiving can be rewarding, but it can also be physically, emotionally, and mentally exhausting. The Caregivers Retreat was created to provide caregivers with a day of education, wellness, encouragement, and connection in a supportive environment where you can recharge and feel supported.

The Caregivers Retreat is a free, full-day experience supporting family caregivers with education, wellness activities, and community resources. It honors caregivers’ dedication while providing practical tools and connections to strengthen resilience and well-being.

Sound Bath & Ear Acupuncture
Relax deeply with soothing sounds and gentle ear therapy.

Difficult conversations with healthcare providers
Long-term caregiving strategies
Navigating caregiver resources
Practicing self-compassion to reduce stress and prevent burnout
