Dr. Ziyin Li earns UT STAR Award

Ziyin Li, Ph.D. of MMG has been awarded the University of Texas System’s Translational Retention STAR Award. This award includes funding for equipment, renovations, and more to support Li’s research program, which “centers on the mechanisms of cell division and related functions of the human pathogen Trypanosoma bruci.”

The MMG department congratulates Dr. Li for this recognition and his continued contributions to translational science.
