Biography

Dr. Manwani received her medical degree (MBBS) from Agra, India. She received her doctorate (PhD) in Stroke Research at UConn Health Center where she was funded by an American Heart Association predoctoral grant. She completed her residency in Neurology also at UConn Health Center, where she served as the chief resident. Her specialty fellowship training was in Vascular Neurology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston, MA. Dr. Manwani is currently an Assistant Professor at UTHealth McGovern Medical School. She practices at Memorial Hermann Medical Center and also does clinical and basic science research.
