Biography

Dr. Hao is an Instructor in the Department of Neurology at McGovern Medical School, UTHealth Houston. She received interdisciplinary training in biomedical informatics, data analytics, and computer science. Her expertise includes analyzing and integrating large-scale biomedical datasets, including complex and heterogeneous sources such as electronic health records (EHRs), biomedical ontologies, and clinical notes. Her research focuses on developing computational tools for data integration, ontology engineering, and natural language processing to support reproducible, patient-centered research.
