Biography

Simi Abraham, MD, is an assistant professor of pediatrics at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston. She is board certified in general pediatrics and child abuse pediatrics. She values working within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive medical care and support services to children affected by maltreatment and families at risk.

Dr. Abraham is also the program director for the Child Abuse Pediatrics Fellowship Program. Her professional interests include medical education and training for learners at all levels, including medical students, residents, and fellows. She is passionate about mentorship and enjoys guiding medical students in their career development.
