CONNECT Pediatrics Mentorship Program
Mentorship, community, and a home base in pediatrics for Texas medical students

The Collaborative Outreach for Networking and Navigating Education, Career, and Training (CONNECT) Pediatrics Program was founded to give learners access to the rewarding and innovative field of pediatrics. The Department of Pediatrics at McGovern Medical School has outstanding medical students, trainees, and faculty that are pleased to serve as key connections to a future in pediatric research, advocacy, education, and clinical care. CONNECT Pediatrics supports medical students attending Texas medical schools that do not have affiliated pediatric residency training programs by providing mentorship, career guidance, networking, and educational opportunities through a statewide collaborative network.
