Biography

Ahmed Mafraj, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician with specialized training in pediatric critical care. He earned his medical degree from the University of Al-Mustansiriyah in Baghdad, Iraq. He completed his pediatric residency at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in collaboration with Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Ohio. Dr. Mafraj further advanced his expertise through a Pediatric Critical Care Fellowship at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston in the Texas Medical Center. He brings a deep commitment to patient-centered care and a strong clinical acumen in managing critically ill children.
