Biography
Roshirl (Ardeene) Francisco, MD, became board-certified in neurology with specialization in children in 2025. Within child neurology, her interests are dystonia management including neuromodulation, caring for the JoHD population, trisomy 15/18, and cerebral palsy. She is interested in natural history studies to better characterize movement disorders throughout a patient’s lifetime and to subsequently provide optimized care. She is also involved in institutional and clinical research trials to determine new treatments for unique, neurodegenerative disorders.
Though her passion is pediatric movement disorders, in her spare time, she enjoys creating art, spending time with family, and discovering Houston through its cuisine.
