Natural History Database and Biosample Repository

Overview

This is a longitudinal observational study that collects biosamples and clinical data from individuals with Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC) to better understand the disease’s natural progression and to support the development of new treatments for affected areas.

Population of the study: Individuals that have a confirmed diagnosis of TSC
Intervention: There is no intervention, this is a longitudinal observational study that comprises gathering data through patient-reported outcomes, clinical assessments, and biological samples to understand the disease’s natural progression.
Outcome: Understand the natural progression of the disease and possibly develop better treatments for patients with TSC
