Biography

Dr. Nikola Dragojlovic is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth. He completed residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at UTHealth in Houston, where he served as chief resident. He then stayed to complete the brain injury medicine fellowship at UTHealth and TIRR Memorial Hermann.

Dr. Dragojlovic is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and brain injury medicine. He specializes in helping those with neurologic conditions and complex illnesses make the most of the rehabilitation and recovery. Through his residency and fellowship training, he developed a passion for neurologic rehabilitation and resident education. He is an member of the Association of Academic Physiatrists (AAP) and American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPMR). In his role as Residency Program Director, he oversees the administration of McGovern Medical School’s Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency program, and enjoys shaping the educational experience for the next generation of rehabilitation physicians.
