How to Apply
The Integrated Vascular Surgery Residency Program accepts one candidate per year directly following medical school. If selected, you will receive an invitation for an in-person interview between December to January.
Application Instructions
- All applications must be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) system. Instructions for completing and submitting the ERAS application is available on their website.
- All positions are offered through the National Resident Matching Program.
- Submit the following documents:
- Completed application form
- Medical transcripts
- Three letters of recommendation from faculty members
- Dean’s letter
- United States Medical Licensing Examination scores
- ABSITE scores
- Must meet the requirements of the Graduate Medical Education Office at McGovern Medical School, established by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners, and the Office of International Affairs (for foreign medical graduate only)
