Dr. Sadia Ashraf obtained her Masters degree from University of Leeds UK and her Doctorate degree from University of Padua Italy. Her research is focused on investigating role of a transcriptional factor in regulating cardiac transcriptional networks. More specifically Dr Ashraf research goal is to understand molecular events occurring at a cardiomyocyte level in response to stress conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.
