Faculty and trainees in the Division of Allergy and Immunology attended the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI) Annual Conference in San Diego, California, from February 27 to March 3, 2025. The team presented seven posters and delivered four oral abstracts on a diverse range of topics, including climate change, extreme weather events, and advancements in allergy and immunology treatments. Additionally, Mahboobeh Mahdavinia, MD, PhD, Professor and Division Director of Allergy and Immunology, was invited to speak at the plenary session and presented “How to Adapt the Practice of Allergy and Immunology to Climate Change.”
