  • Define hypo- and hyper- glycemia in the hospital and how it impacts morbidity and mortality.
  • Describe the new CMS benchmarks for glucose control in the hospital.
  • Describe potential modalities to reduce impact of uncontrolled diabetes on hospitalized patients.
