Two new publications from Mahboobeh Mahdavinia, MD, PhD, and her research group examine factors affecting patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and food allergies.

Assessment of Sleep, Cognitive Performance, and Circulating Cytokines in Adults with Chronic Rhinosinusitis (external link) examines the relationships among sleep, cognitive performance, and systemic inflammation in adults with chronic rhinosinusitis. The study was published in Diagnostics.

Factors Associated with Outgrowing Food Allergies: Insights from a Large Food Allergy Cohort (external link), available online ahead of print in Annals of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, identifies clinical and social factors associated with food allergy resolution among 1,359 children enrolled in the multicenter FORWARD study.
