Biography

Dr. Caroline Ha is a graduate of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas. She completed her Family Medicine training at the Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program in Sugar Land, Texas and went on to complete the Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Ha is board-certified in Family Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. She joined the faculty at the McGovern Medical School at UTHealth in 2012. Currently, Dr. Ha’s focus is in providing quality palliative care to patients and families at Memorial Hermann – Texas Medical Center as well as assuring the quality of palliative medicine education to medical students, residents, and fellows. She serves as the program director of the Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship Program at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth.
