Biography

“My two passions are taking care of critically ill patients and their families and educating the next generation of physicians.”

Dr. Warner received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and was awarded his medical degree from The University of Texas Houston Medical School. He completed his internship and residency training in Internal Medicine at The University of Texas Houston Medical School in Houston, Texas. His Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep fellowship training was at The University of Texas Houston Medical School in Houston, Texas. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine.  In 2013, he joined the faculty at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth as an Assistant Professor.

He is the Program Director of the Pulmonary & Critical Care Fellowship at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling.
