Angelia Cain, CCA, Surgery

Angelia Cain is a Compliance Coding Analyst for the Medical School Healthcare Billing Compliance Department. She earned a BS in Health Information from the University of Mississippi. She is a  CPC (Certified Professional Coder) through the AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders). Angelia’s area of coding, auditing, and compliance expertise is in Surgery. Her mission, to provide quality service to her clients across the entire practice plan.

Angelia is a Houston native and a proud graduate of Alief Elsik High School. Mom to 4 girls, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and relaxing by the pool.

Her professional goal is to earn another certification (RHIA, CRC, or CCS.) Other goals include finishing her current personal projects, and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
