Biography
Dr. Rizvi received her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. She completed her Neurology Residency at Florida Atlantic University Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine in Boca Raton, Florida, where she served as chief neurology resident. She went on to complete her Movement Disorders and Neurodegenerative Diseases Fellowship at UTHealth Houston McGovern Medical School. She has specific clinical interests in Parkinson’s Disease, Essential Tremor, Huntington’s Disease, Wilson’s Disease, Dystonia, Restless Leg Syndrome, Migraines, Tremors, and Ataxia. Dr. Rizvi has extensive training and clinical interest in Deep Brain Stimulation Programming and Botulinum toxin injections.
