8:00 AM – Gentle Yoga Session Hosted By Lululemon
Start your morning off with a peaceful yoga session. In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.

8:30 AM – Breakfast and Networking
Enjoy a complimentary breakfast located on the concourse and an opportunity to network with our experts in the fields of neurology and fertility, along with families affected by Huntington’s disease.

9:00 AM – Caring For The CareGiver
The Art of Bouncing Back, best-selling author Coach Darlene Santore speaks on Caring For The Caregiver. As a mental skill and leadership coach, she blends a knowledge of science, psychology, and achievement with her personal passion for life.

9:45 AM – Breakout Sessions Part I (select one)

  • Dr. Erin Furr-Stimming: Join Dr. Stimming in a discussion of her extensive work in research, education and the treatment of individuals with advanced Huntington’s disease in this interactive session.
  • Dr. Sarah Hernandez: Join Dr. Sarah Hernandez as she talks about HD research, then and now, to learn how we got to where we are and why she feels we’re at the beginning of the end.
  • Dr. Amber Cooper: Join Dr. Cooper in a discussion on how fertility experts are working to improve IVF success rates and outcomes.

11:00 AM – Breakout Session Part II (select one)

  • Dr. Reem Sabouni: Dr. Sabouni will address how the stress and anxiety that may impact fertility patients can negatively impact an already emotional process and how compassionate care amplifies our wellness efforts to address this component of the journey.
  • Genomic Predictions: Join us in this informational session discussing how embryos are screened and tested to reduce the risk of miscarriage and genetic disease.
  • Jenna Heilman: Join Jenna to discuss how HDYO supports, educates, and empowers young people (35 and under) and their families impacted by HD.
