About the Program

The Stroke Prevention & Brain Health Program brings together clinicians, researchers, trainees, and community partners to advance stroke prevention and promote optimal brain health across broad populations. The program focuses on reducing disparities by expanding access to research, improving education, and translating scientific findings into practical, community-informed solutions. Our work spans stroke prevention, post-stroke care transitions, and long-term brain health, with an emphasis on sustainable and scalable interventions that can be implemented across healthcare systems and community settings.
