Clinical Interests

Dr. Prasad conducts evaluations of children with developmental differences, including Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and learning disabilities. She also evaluates children with neurological disorders such as traumatic brain injuries, seizure disorders, and brain tumors.

Research Interests

Dr. Prasad also conducts research in the area of pediatric traumatic brain injury. She was principal investigator on a Department of Education grant that evaluates the role of the caregiver and home environment on cognitive and motor skills following traumatic brain injury in infants and toddlers. She has served as a co-investigator on National Institutes of Health-funded grants on emotional and cognitive outcomes from traumatic brain injury in children.
