Biography

Paige Roberts, MS, RD, LD, is a registered and licensed dietitian with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Metabolism from The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, Texas, where she also completed her dietetic internship in 2018. She has been credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration since 2019 (#86103550).

Paige’s clinical and research interests focus on nutrition management for individuals with inborn errors of metabolism, including phenylketonuria (PKU). She is passionate about supporting patients and families through individualized nutrition consultation and ongoing care. Since 2019, Paige has served as a dietitian at Camp PHEver, a specialized camp for children and adolescents with metabolic disorders, like PKU, where she plays a key role in providing medical nutrition therapy in a supportive and engaging environment.
