  • Michelle Ruda, MD, quoted in Parents article about kneecap development in babies.
  • Melissa Kwan, MD, interviewed on Fox 26 to discuss drowning prevention.
    • Dr. Kwan was also a featured guest on “Growing Up in America” podcast discussing what parents should pack in their hurricane prep kit for children.

World Breastfeeding Week

  • Daniela Monterrubio, MPH, IBCLC, of the Lactation Foundation, spoke to Univision about World Breastfeeding Week and the importance of breastfeeding.
  • Megan Oggero, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, IBCLC, of the Lactation Foundation spoke to Fox 26 and KPRC-TV on this topic as well.

Back-to-School Season

  • Dalilah Reyes de Jesus, MD, was interviewed by Univision Houston Channel 45 about keeping kids healthy as they return to school.
