Target Safety Proclamation

Sandra McKay, MD, FAAP, Community and General Pediatrics Division Chief and Associate Professor, received a Proclamation from Houston City Council Member Abbie Kamin and Mayor John Whitmire in recognition of Target Safety’s work in light of September as Suicide Prevention Month at a public session on September 10. Target Safety is a collaboration of firearm retailers and health care to address safe firearm storage and suicide prevention.
