This diverse patient population yields ample opportunity to provide innovative, multi-disciplinary care to an array of complex cases here in the heart of the Texas Medical Center, the world’s largest medical complex. The McGovern Medical School, 9th largest in the nation, is one of seven schools at UTHealth Houston, and the Department of Pediatrics is one of the biggest departments. Yes, everything is bigger in Texas because bigger = better when it comes to advancing knowledge, career and efficacy.
