Medical Genetics Clinical Research and Trials
In addition to research studies like the ones shown below, the Medical Genetics Division participates in interventional and observational clinical trials for indications including glycogen storage disease, X-linked hypophosphatemia disease, mucopolysaccharidosis type II, phenylketonuria (PKU), lysosomal acid lipase deficiency, and more. Studies are funded by renowned pharmaceutical industry sponsors such as Moderna, BioMarin, Alexion, and others.
