How did you hear of/learn about PM&R?

Houston is my hometown and I always heard great things about McGovern. I shadowed a couple PM&R physicians around the area and the doctors spoke highly of TIRR and strongly recommended I try to organize an away rotation with the program.

What are you most looking forward to during your PM&R elective?

I’m excited to work with the amazing physicians at TIRR, I’ve heard great things! I want to continue to work and build upon my clinical skills and reasoning.

Is there anything, in particular, that interests you the most about PM&R?

I would like to get more experience with inpatient rehabilitation and how to handle acute vs chronic conditions.
