Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) package whole wheat pasta
- 1 (10-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 (5-oz) cans tuna
- 2 cups canned vegetables of choice
- ½ cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese (optional)
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain, and transfer to a large bowl.
- Add mushroom soap, tuna, and vegetables to bowl with pasta. Stir to combine.
- Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour in mixture.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese if desired.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool before serving.
