Ingredients
- 2 cups macaroni, uncooked
- 2 (5-oz) cans tuna or salmon in water
- ½ cup frozen peas or zucchini, chopped
- ¼ cup carrots, diced
- ⅓ cup onion, diced
- ¼ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro or 1 Tbsp dried cilantro (optional)
Recipe Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain liquid, and let cool.
- Drain tuna or salmon.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Chill until ready to serve.
