MSB 5.001 Posterboard Setup Options
Setups not listed on the Conference Operations Room Setup pages will need to be requested in writing for approval to [email protected] before contacting GDI Services.
To schedule GDI Services’ setup services, contact Dolores Lee ([email protected]) and Yesenia Navarro ([email protected]) at least one week prior to the event. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the location is reserved for the setup/teardown and that it is taking place as scheduled. GDI Services’ FY25 Table Setup Rate: $55.44/hour (2 attendants @ $27.72 /hour each) which includes return to Normal Banquet Setup.
Normal Banquet Setup: Accommodates 90 attendees. 15 – 6ft round tables with six (6) chairs each and four (4) – 6ft rectangular tables. The round tables are plugged into the floor for electrical access and are not to be moved by users.

Mixed Banquet with Posterboards Setup: Accommodates 60 attendees & 10 posterboards. 10 – 6ft round tables with six (6) chairs each, four (4) – 6ft rectangular tables, and 10 double-sided posterboards. The round tables are plugged into the floor for electrical access and are not to be moved by users. Request via GDI Services. GDI Services’ Table Setup Rate: $55.44/hour (2 attendants @ $27.72 /hour each).

MSB 5.001 Mixed Banquet with Posterboards Setup
Maximum Posterboard Setup: Remove banquet setup and setup up to 24 posterboards. Request via GDI Services. GDI Services’ Table Setup Rate: $55.44/hour (2 attendants @ $27.72 /hour each). Posterboard rental fee may apply for non-UTHealth events.
