SRB/IMM Room Setups

To schedule GDI Services’ setup services, contact Dolores Lee (uthsc@ihservices.com) and Yesenia Navarro (uthsc.assistant@ihservices.com) at least one week prior to the event. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the location is reserved for the setup/teardown and that it is taking place as scheduled. Two days prior to the setup, please contact GDI Services to reconfirm the details. GDI Services’ Table Setup Rate: $55.44/hour (Minimum includes 2 attendants @ 27.72 /hour per attendant).

IMM offers 20 – 4’x6’ double-sided posterboards on wheels. Submit the resource request to Bonnie Martinez  & ms.deancops@uth.tmc.edu to check and confirm the boards availability.

The normal setup for SRB 337 is a conference table with 4 chairs on each side of it for a total of 8 chairs and two tables with 3 chairs each with 1 chair on the end for a total of 8 chairs.

The conference table is not to be moved as it requires professional moving services. If an alternate setup is needed, the department may choose to complete the setup themselves, in lieu of a fee, but it must be returned to the normal setup within the reserved time.

Additional tables and chairs can be found in the closet by the kitchen.
