Posterboard Setup Rates

Events requiring special setups or the use of poster boards do require the use of a vendor to provide these services. UTHealth Housekeeping Services provides the lowest pricing for setup rates. Below is a list of setup options.  Click on each setup title to view a diagram and Housekeeping Services’ fees to select your choice.  Include the setup selection in your Room Reservation request(s).

McGovern Medical School offers 24 – 4’x6’ double-sided poster boards on wheels for MSB/MSE/JJL held events or (20 double-sided on wheels) for your SRB (IMM) events.

Please send the total number of poster boards needed to [email protected] no later than two weeks prior to the event.

MSB Poster Board Fees for use outside of MSB/MSE/JJL buildings

Minimum fees:

$100 for 1-10 poster boards
$200 for 11-20 poster boards
$225 for 21-24 poster boards

Admin Fee (Conf. Ops.):

All poster boards invoiced by Conference Operations will include an administrative fee to each invoice as follows:

  • Total Invoice up to $200.00 equals $25.00
  • Total Invoice $200.01 and above equals $50.00

Maximum three business days use (including pick up & return days) and includes support to access for pickup and return.  Transportation of poster boards to and from location not included. Events requesting more than three business days will incur additional fees of $50 per extra day of use. Late returns:  $50.00 daily fine for any late returns including after regular business hours.

All Poster Board reservations are subject to cancellation if MMS student events are scheduled.  Non-student event groups with prior reservations will be notified immediately from Conference Operations.
