Biography

Dr. Terracina grew up in Houston, Texas. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and obtained her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2015. She completed her internship and residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) in 2018 and served as Chief Resident for the Internal Medicine Residency at UTHealth from 2018-2019. She completed her Rheumatology Fellowship at UTHealth in 2021 and has joined the faculty as Associate Program Director for the Rheumatology Fellowship and Core Faculty for the Internal Medicine Residency. She provides general Rheumatology care and consultation at UT Professional Building, Memorial Hermann Hospital, and Lyndon Baines Johnson General Hospital. She is a member of the American College of Rheumatology, the Texas Medical Association, as well as the Harris County Medical Society.
