The Spondyloarthritis clinic is a large, tertiary referral center for all spondyloarthritis related disease including ankylosing spondylitis, nonradiographic axial spondyloarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, inflammatory bowel-disease associated arthritis, recurrent anterior uveitis and Reiter’s/Reactive. Our clinic (located in the UT Physicians Professional Building, 6410 Fannin St., Suite 450 in the Texas Medical Center) sees patients at every stage from initial evaluations of early symptoms to longstanding disease. We accept self-referrals and referrals by other physicians for co-management or a second opinion. Our visits will include a review of your history and diagnosis and discussion of treatment options, including clinical trials of potential new therapies. Given the complex and multi-organ system involvement of spondyloarthritis, we work closely with our UTHealth in other specialties including: Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, and Radiology.
