The study aims to understand how the gene responsible for HD affects brain development throughout the lifespan. |

Who can participate? | • Ages 6 - 30 • Be at-risk for Huntington's disease (parent or grandparent with HD) • No history of brain tumor, brain surgery, major head trauma, or epilepsy |
What is required of participants? | • For those age <18, participation by a parent or guardian • Screening process to ensure eligibility • Neurological exam • Surveys and questionnaires • Blood sample • MRI scan |
