Biography

Douglas Stanley, MD, serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He obtained his medical degree and completed his residency in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He then served on the staff of Hill Country Memorial Hospital in Fredericksburg, Texas before returning to Memorial Hermann and UTHealth.

Dr. Douglas Stanley provides general ENT services for adults, adolescents, and children at Memorial Hermann-The Woodlands Hospital as well as at Lyndon B. Johnson General Hospital. He treats thyroid and parathyroid disorders, salivary gland diseases, laryngeal disorders, ear infections, and tonsil and adenoid diseases as well as conditions of the nose and paranasal sinuses. Dr. Stanley, in conjunction with UTHealth Audiology, evaluates hearing loss, dizziness, tinnitus and related conditions. He has a clinical interest in minimally invasive, office-based procedures for the nose and sinuses.
