General ENT Faculty Position
The Department of Otorhinolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery at McGovern Medical School, part of The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston), is seeking a General Otolaryngologist to join our expanding faculty.
This is a unique opportunity to build a comprehensive, high-volume ENT practice in one of the nation’s largest, most diverse, and fastest-growing metropolitan areas. The successful candidate will deliver full-spectrum otolaryngology care primarily in a community-based clinical setting, while benefiting from the resources, reputation, and stability of a major academic health system.
Position Highlights
- Predominantly community-based clinical practice (>80% clinical effort)
- Broad general ENT scope, including adult and pediatric patients
- Opportunity to develop a robust referral-based practice
- Academic faculty appointment with McGovern Medical School
- Clinical focus with flexibility for teaching and academic engagement, as desired
Candidate Qualifications
- MD or DO with board eligibility or certification in Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery
- Comfortable providing full-spectrum general ENT care
- Fellowship training welcome but not required
- Interest in community-based patient care within an academic framework
- Team-oriented and committed to high-quality, patient-centered care
