Comprehensive Care Model

GSHTC ascribes to a comprehensive care model that enables patients to receive a wide variety of treatments and services at a centralized location. This approach yields efficient use of resources by offering all services within a single clinical visit. By providing close follow-up, our center is able to focus on our patients as a whole, emphasizing independence and prevention, not just treatment.

The most comprehensive appointment is the initial evaluation and annual exam, designed to assess immediate needs and prepare patients to address any problems before they come up. This evaluation allows our team to determine what specific treatments and disciplines the patient requires, establish a plan and treat specific medical needs with individual visits as necessary.
