Mission and Vision
The Injury Prevention Program partners with communities across Greater Houston to improve the health and safety of children. This program is a collaboration between UTHealth Houston and Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital whose specialists work hand in hand with communities to identify areas of risk then implement initiatives that meet the unique needs of pediatric patients. These interactive, cooperative efforts aim to reduce injury and enable children and communities to thrive.
