Biography

Edison Leung, MD PhD, is an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. He clinically specializes in treatment resistant depression with a research focus in depression, addiction, and suicidality.  Prior to joining as a psychiatrist, Dr. Leung trained at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in molecular biology for cancer research.  He has numerous awards for his research and is excited to continue his work in understanding the role of depression and addiction in suicidality.
