Biography

Cindy Woolverton, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston). She is a licensed clinical psychologist with primary clinical interests in the assessment and delivery of evidence-based treatments for older adults with mental health concerns. Dr. Woolverton completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Arizona and completed her predoctoral internship in Geropsychology at the VA Boston Healthcare System. She gained additional specialized training in Geropsychology as a postdoctoral resident at the VA Boston Healthcare System.
